Sonny with a story - A Channy Love Story Season 1, episode 2, Sonny without a sketch (part 1) * Sonny is in the prop house, walking in circles around the couch. She looks very desperate. Nico, Grady en Tawni enter. * Tawni: Hi Sonny, what's wrong? Sonny: I've lost it. Tawni: Exactly what are you looking for? Sonny: Something, anything. Nico (makes funny faces): Cra-zy! Grady: Yeah, Sonny. What ex-act-ly are you looking for? Sonny: Something, anything. It's been four days and I still haven't got any new ideas for a sketch. I've lost it. Tawni: What, Sonny. What did you lose? Sonny: My sense of humour! My inspiration! My everything!! If I can't write, I can't stay on So Random. Nico: Calm down, we've all had moments like this. Sonny (relieved): Yeah? Nico: Well, yeah. I've had days without new ideas. Grady: Yeah, but never four days in a row. Nico: I know, right. We are sooooo good. Sonny (desperate again): And you, Tawni? Ever had a problem like this? Tawni: Me? Come on, I'm better than that. I'm Tawni Hart, the funniest girl in Hollywood. Sonny: Thanks for the support. Tawni: You're welcome. Sonny: Seriously, I haven't slept in days, I don't know what to do. Tawni: Get out. Sonny: What? Tawni: Just go outside. I'm getting sick of you walking in circles like this. I need my rest, this face doesn't stay pretty if I don't rest. Besides, being outside may help you to come up with ideas. Sonny: But I always get my best ideas in the prop house. Tawni: Well, clearly it is not working now. So, bye-bye! Sonny: Fine, but I doubt it will help me. Grady: You could always hang with us, we're going to play videogames. Sonny (quickly): No thanks, I think maybe Tawni's right and I need some fresh air. * Sonny quickly runs away from the prop house, before Nico and Grady can force her to play videogames. * In a corridor at Condor Studios * Sonny is walking with her hands covering her ears, staring intensely at the floor. * Sonny (to herself): Please, find something. Please, anything. Come on, Sonny. You can do this. You are funny. * Sonny doesn't watch where she's going and runs into someone. * Sonny: Auwch Chad: Hey, watch where you're going! Oh, Munroe, it's you. Sonny: Chad... Chad: What are you doing here? This way leads to the Mackenzie Falls studios. And as you know, you're not welcome there. Sonny (unfriendly): Really, Chad? You know, I was just looking for some ideas for a new sketch. But there's just too much drama here. Not going to find anything funny. Chad: Looking for ideas? Find funny? What's wrong, Sonny? Sonny: Not that you care, but I've trouble coming up with a new sketch. I kinda lost my funny. Chad: No Sonny, I don't think that's true. Sonny (touched by his caring): You really think so? Chad: Yeah, you can't lose what you never had! Sonny: Oh, so you still think I'm not funny? Chad: Actually, you just said so yourself. * Sonny's face clears up. * Sonny: In fact, Chad. I have the perfect idea right now. Thanks for helping me get my funny back! * Sonny turns on her heels and heads back to the prop house * Chad (yelling after her): Hey, what did I do? I didn't help you, now did I? Ugh, stupid Randoms, stupid funny.
